The Organization tab allows administrators to manage core business details within their FavorDrop account—such as your organization’s name, logo, and primary business address. Updating this information ensures that all outward-facing communications and promotions consistently reflect your current company branding compliance requirements and automated notifications.
Organization Logo
Upload your organization's logo here. Your Organization’s logo will be displayed in the FavorDrop Wallet App attached to your customer’s FavorDrop.
Click the 
button or drag and drop your logo into the upload area. Ensure the file is a high-quality image (PNG or JPG) under 10MB. We recommend a transparent background.
Organization Name
Add or update your Organization’s name here. This is the name of your Organization that will be displayed to your recipients/customers in all automated messaging.
Example: “Your friends at [Your Organization Name] sent you a $5.00 FavorDrop Discover®Network Prepaid Card to show their appreciation!”
Main Address
Enter or update your Organization's primary address here. This address will be shown on invoicing and used to create and issue your Organization’s FavorDrop cards.
It is crucial that you only include your Company’s street address and not PO Box. Please do not include any non-identifyable characters or fields. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Client
