In order to send a favordrop to a customer or client you first need to add them to your contacts list. There are two (2) way to do this.
Add a single customer or client:
Select [Contacts] from the left pane of your dashboard.
Click [Create New] from the bottom left of your Contacts page.
Add the first name, last name, email and cell phone number of the customer/client you want to add.
Select a TAG associated with this customer/client (optional).
Click the [Create] button.
Done!
Upload a batch of customers or clients:
Follow the Steps to create a Scheduled Batch of favordrops.
All uploaded contacts are automatically added to you Contacts! You can even assign them TAGS during this process.
Editing or Deleting Contacts
To edit a contact:
Select the [Edit] icon (it looks like a pencil).
Edit the contact information
To delete a contact:
Select the [Trash can] icon (it looks like a trash can)
So what are TAGS?
TAGS are an easy and useful way to organize your contacts. They allow you to categorize contacts in order to group them for later use.
Here are some examples of TAGS you can create:
Create a TAG for your loyalty members/customers [call it Loyalty Members].
Create a TAG for a group that attends brunch frequently [call it Brunch Club].
Create a TAG for a customer that signed up for a special service [call it Service Call]
Hint:
Contacts can have more than one TAG associated with them!
How to create a TAG:
On your Contacts Page, select [+ New TAG].
Enter in the name of the TAG you would like to create.
Exporting you contact list.
You can export your contact list to a .csv file.
Select the [Export] button at the top of your Contacts page.
Check your downloads folder for the .cvs file that contains all of you contact.
