Your favordrop dashboard gives you a global view on the status of all favordrops that have been:
Redeemed at your location;
Sent from your location to a customer and are live (just waiting to be redeemed);
Sent from your location to a customer and expired;
Sent to your location from one of our Corporate Partners.
Dashboard Views: Your dashboard can be displayed in follow views:
Live activity feed view (default)
Week view
Month view
Pie Chart
Customization: Customizing your dashboard view is easy.
1. Select the The Status Bar to view / change the type of your favordrops on displayed on your live feed:
Status - displays ALL favordrops (sent, redeemed or expired)
Sent - displays only sent favordrops
Redeemed - displays only redeemed favordrop
Expired - displays only expired favordrops
2. To filter and export results, select the following icons
[Date Range] - Allows you to select a specific date range
[Clear Filters] - Clears all current selected filters and returns to the default view
[Advance Sorting] - Provides additional sorting tools.
Export as PDF or .csv of you current view (data range is required for exporting results)
3. To view specific favordrop details select the view details icon
. Here you can view who the favordrop was sent to, when it was sent, the message they received, and whether it is expired, live or redeemed.
Hints & Tips:
Tip #1: One of my favorite dashboard features is the Calendar View.
To quickly view favordrop redemptions at your location, select your status type as Redeemed and then choose Month View. Here you can easily see what day of the week your favordrop redemptions are occurring. You can also do this for (by changing the status bar) favordrops sent and favordrops that have or will expire.
Redeemed favordrops will look like this. It highlights the # of redemptions (in this case 72) and the total $ value of the redemptions that day (in this case $360.00)
Scheduled to be Sent favordrops will look like this. It highlights the # of favordrops scheduled to be sent (in this case 40) and the total $ value of the favordrops to be sent (in this case $400.00)
Favordrops set to Expire will look like this. It highlights the # of favordrops scheduled to expire (in this case 68) and the total $ value of the favordrops to expire (in this case $680.00)
Tip #2: Searching for a specific customer or favordrop has never been easier.
In the Search bar, type the first, last name, cell phone or email of the customer you are looking for. Search results will show the details of the favordrop that was sent to this individual. By clicking the “favordrop details” icon, you can then view specifics of the favordrop sent to the them like,
Sent Date
Expiration Date:
Messages History:
