This prevents important communications from being lost or diverted to your spam and junk folders.
Please follow the instructions below for the most common email providers.
Key Information to Whitelist
Before you begin, note the two specific entries you need to authorize:
Email Address: support@propelauth.dev (Used for secure authentication and login)
Domain: @favordrop.com (Used for general support and platform notifications)
Google Workspace / Gmail
Open your Gmail account and click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right, then select See all settings.
Navigate to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Click Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter support@propelauth.dev.
Click Create filter.
Check the box Never send it to Spam.
Click Create filter again to save.
Repeat these steps for the domain by entering @favordrop.com in the From field.
Microsoft Outlook (Web and Desktop)
Click the Settings (gear icon) and select View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail > Junk email.
Under the Safe senders and domains header, click + Add.
Type support@propelauth.dev and press Enter.
Click + Add again and type favordrop.com, then press Enter.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
IT/Enterprise Level (Microsoft 365 Admin Center)
If you are an IT Administrator managing a company-wide fire wall or mail server, you may need to add FavorDrop to your Allow List at the organizational level:
Exchange Admin Center: Navigate to Mail flow > Rules.
Action: Create a rule to "Bypass spam filtering" for messages where the sender's domain is favordrop.com or the specific address support@propelauth.dev.
Note: If you have already checked your spam folder and found an email from us, select the email and click "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox." This helps train your email provider's filter to recognize our future messages as safe.
