Welcome! We are so excited to have you as a new client of Favordrop! Sponsors (like you) are the engine that runs Favordrop and your participation is key to it's success! The steps to get started are simple...

After your contract is signed, you will just need to set up your billing account. Our billing team will send you a link to input billing information and payment. This will allow us to charge you for your subscription and any Favordrops that are spent. *If you are also a Merchant (accepting Favordrops) you will also need Stripe Payout Setup and Redemption Training. This is how we reimburse you.

Next, we need to get your Favordrop Account set up! We need general business information (which we probably have on file, if not we will contact you to confirm) and may need to discuss account structure. (If you have more than 1 location, a unique business structure, etc).

Once your account is set up and active, we will send you over your log in instructions and some training materials via email.

Depending on your subscription level, you may need software training which is done virtually. The agenda normally looks something like:

We also like to get a regular meeting scheduled for the first couple of weeks (depending on the level of subscription tier you're on) to make sure we're involving the right people at your organization.

That's about it! Regular clients also receive email updates, a newsletter and we love to stay in touch about new merchants and features that become available.
