My Customer Has An Emailed favordrop and the QRcode is Not Showing Up

If your customer shows you an emailed favordrop and the QRcode is not showing up, follow these steps:

  1. Have them scroll to the bottom of the email where it says "If you're having trouble viewing this favordrop, please click here to access your Favordrop."

  2. Have them press the "Click here" link.

  3. The favordrop QRcode will then appear.

  4. Scan and redeem the favordrop as normal.
