Creating a promotion with Favordrop is easy and seamless.
STEP#1: Log into the Favordrop platform and access your dashboard:
STEP#2: Click on "Schedule Bulk"
STEP #3: Mass sends (or Promotions) can be sent out using a .CSV spreadsheet. Just fill in the template with your recipients information and you'll be able to send a bunch of Favordrops at once!
Fill in all other required information.
Helpful Hint#1: Within your .CSV spreadsheet, only enter in your customers/recipients First Name, Last Name, Cell Phone # and or Email. You can easily fill in the $ Amount, Send Date/Time and Expiration at the NEXT STEP.
STEP #4: Once you upload your spreadsheet and fill in the necessary fields, you will be asked to "map" the CVS columns:
This simply confirms that our system understands what you want it to do. Just confirm that the left (Favordrop) matches the right (your spreadsheet) based on the columns in the spreadsheet.
STEP #5: Now you can customize (or just mirror) each of your Favordrops:
Select the [EDIT] button.
Completely fill in the remaining required fields. You have the choice to customize certain fields if you'd like or just apply the criteria to the other recipients.
Select [APPLY TO OTHERS] to autofill the information you entered to all other customers/recipients.
After you have reviewed the information you added, click [Schedule Bulk].
If there are any error associated with the customer/recipient you added, you will be prompted to correct the information.
